Gen.9:1-4; Acts 15. The penalty <strong>of</strong> death at <strong>the</strong><br />

h<strong>and</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> civil magistrate is affixed to <strong>the</strong><br />

violation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Sabbath</strong>. The same penalty is<br />
