It can be retrofitted easily without interfering with the control and creates new opportunities for modernizations and new installations. Motorized door locks for landing doors have proven themselves for years and offer many advantages. As there are no mechanical actuation devices such as roller levers, rubber rollers, bearing blocks and connecting rods on the door and the retiring cam at the car the installation is much easier. Space in the pit is saved and the installation position of the motorized door interlock can be flexibly chosen. The low noise development and the almost maintenance-free operation are further advantages. High safety requirements are, however, applied to the control of the motorized door interlocks, as there is a risk of falling into the pit if the control is faulty. It must therefore be ensured that a landing door is only unlocked when the lift car is behind it. Therefore, a safety circuit or a positively driven safety switch is required for each floor. With the new WPM system (Wireless Power Module) by Kronenberg, such complex safety circuits are no longer necessary. Both the WPM system and the retiring cam transmit energy in the stopping position area from the car to the pit, in order to unlock the associated landing door by this energy. Le serrature motorizzate per porte di piano si sono affermate da anni offrendo molti vantaggi. Grazie all’eliminazione dell’insieme dei dispositivi meccanici d’azionamento, quali leve con rotella, rinvii e aste di collegamento, nonché del pattino retrattile, l’installazione risulta molto più semplice. Si risparmia spazio nel vano e la serratura può essere collocata in modo flessibile. La bassissima rumorosità e il funzionamento che richiede pochissima manutenzione sono ulteriori vantaggi. Tuttavia il controllo delle serrature motorizzate comporta alti requisiti di sicurezza perché in caso di azionamento difettoso sussiste il rischio concreto di precipitare nel vano. Bisogna dunque assicurarsi che la porta possa sbloccarsi solo con cabina al piano. Perciò è richiesto un circuito di sicurezza o un contatto ad apertura positiva. Grazie al nuovo sistema WPM (Wireless Power Module) Kronenberg, tali dispendiosi circuiti di sicurezza non sono più necessari. Tanto il sistema WPM che il pattino retrattile trasmettono energia dalla cabina al vano per sbloccare la relativa porta di piano. an alternating magnetic field from a transmitter on the car to a receiver in the pit. At the retiring cam, on the other hand, there is a kinetic energy transfer from the cam to the mechanical actuating device of the landing door interlock. With both systems, energy transfer is only possible in the stopping position area of a floor. All other landing door interlocks are de-energized and remain locked. This ensures that the landing door is only unlocked when the car is behind it. Both systems require a control signal to lock the door and close the safety circuit before riding. The control signal is required while riding so that the doors remain closed when riding through the floors. In order to enable modernization without intervention in the control, it is used the same control as for a retiring cam for the WPM system. A DC or AC voltage between 20 and 250 V can be connected to the input of the WPM system. The WPM system is installed very easily and quickly using the mounting set included in the scope of delivery. Starting in the stopping position of a floor, the transmitter is preferably mounted on the car roof and a receiver is attached to the guide rail in the pit so that the transmitter and receiver face each other at a distance of approx. 10 mm. The receivers on the remaining floors are installed subsequently. For the electrical installation in the pit, only one two-pole cable is required on each floor between the receiver and the motor electronics of the door interlock. The mains voltage and the control signal are connected to the power supply unit on the car. With this WPM system and the DL(F)1MO and CL(F)MO door interlocks, Kronenberg offers a complete solution for the integration of motorized landing door interlocks in existing or new lift installations. The WPM system in connection with the motorized door interlocks can be integrated without intervention in the control. As an electronic system with wireless power transfer, it is moreover maintenance- and wear-free and enables a permanently reliable operation. • Fig.1: rappresentazione schematica del sistema WPM in posizione di sbloccaggio. Per il pattino retrattile invece si tratta di un trasferimento di energia cinetica dal pattino al dispositivo d’azionamento meccanico della serratura della porta di piano. In entrambi i sistemi il trasferimento di energia è possibile solo entro la zona di sbloccaggio. Tutte le altre serrature sono senza energia e pertanto rimangono in posizione di blocco. Per questa ragione è garantito che la porta possa essere sbloccata solo se la cabina si trova al piano corrispondente. Entrambi i sistemi, per bloccare la porta prima della corsa, chiudendo la catena delle sicurezze, richiedono un segnale d’azionamento. Durante tutta la corsa tale segnale deve permanere in modo tale che le porte rimangano bloccate al passaggio della cabina. Per potere effettuare la modernizzazione senza interventi sul quadro di manovra, il sistema WPM utilizza il medesimo segnale del pattino retrattile. All’entrata del sistema WPM si può collegare una tensione da 20 a 250 V in corrente alternata o continua. Grazie al suo kit di fissaggio (incluso), il sistema WPM è molto facile e veloce da installare. Iniziando dalla zona di sbloccaggio di un piano, il trasmettitore va montato preferibilmente sul tetto cabina e un ricevitore va fissato su una guida del vano, in modo tale che il trasmettitore e il ricevitore stiano uno di fronte all’altro a circa 10 mm di distanza. Successivamente vanno installati i ricevitori ai restanti piani. Per il collegamento elettrico nel vano per ciascun piano è necessario solo un cavo bipolare tra ricevitore e la scheda di comando del motore della serratura. Sulla cabina vanno collegati l’alimentatore e il segnale di azionamento. La connessione tra alimentatore e trasmettitore avviene tramite il cavo in dotazione. Con il sistema WPM e le serrature DL(F)1MO e CL(F) MO, Kronenberg offre una soluzione completa per l’integrazione delle serrature motorizzate per porte di piano negli impianti nuovi o preesistenti. Il sistema WPM abbinato alle serrature motorizzate può essere collegato direttamente al quadro di manovra senza alcuna modifica.
