Design, develop, modify, and test the next generation of medical software products as a skilled<br />
health informatics professional with training from this program. Coursework includes object-oriented<br />
software design methodologies, user-oriented interface design, health care information system<br />
structures and privacy issues, telehealth, and data security. It also focuses on technologies such as<br />
programming languages, database management systems, web frameworks, data warehousing and<br />
data mining, and business intelligence tools. During two software development projects, put your<br />
newly acquired skills into action and round out your training — graduating as a professional prepared<br />
for career advancement.<br />
