Current Ontario High School Students
Most secondary school districts will electronically send your grades to
OCAS, which will send them to Centennial. We receive interim records
after you apply and updated final grades once you have successfully
completed your studies.

to see if you need to take any other steps.
Former Ontario High School Students
Use the transcript request page in your OCAS application. There is a
small fee for this service.
Ontario Public College or University Students/Graduates
Use the transcript request page in your OCAS application. There is a
small fee for this service.
If you previously, or are currently, enrolled at Centennial, your records
will still be on file. You will need to provide a transcript.
College or University Graduates and Graduates from Canadian
High Schools Outside of Ontario
Visit OCAS for further instructions.
Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents with Transcripts
from Outside of Canada
If you have education from outside of Canada, as part of your
application, you will need to provide a Credential Assessment Report by
World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment
Service (ICAS).
Visit our website for complete details on how to submit your documents.
Once your application meets all admission requirements, we will send
you an offer of admission. It will contain the next enrolment steps.
For programs beginning in the fall, we start sending offers of admission
on November 1.

WAIT FOR YOUR OFFER
OF ADMISSION
When you receive your offer of admission, accept your offer by following
the instructions in the letter.
