Business operations and supply chains are the primary functions that create the products and<br />
services organizations offer to satisfy customer needs. Launch your career in supply chain and<br />
operations through this program, which includes hands-on projects and assignments that simulate<br />
actual business settings. As a result, you become skilled at analyzing business processes to improve<br />
productivity; developing and implementing quality management programs; applying team approach<br />
principles to examine operations problems and to develop solutions; and enhancing the performance<br />
of a firm’s supply chain. You also graduate with the leadership skills to get noticed — and to get<br />
ahead.<br />

Turn your ability to communicate into a career that sees you creating a positive customer experience<br />
while being the face and voice of any company. In just 14 weeks, develop the skills for a contact<br />
centre operations career by learning core topics such as: customer service, sales and marketing,<br />
computer applications, and understanding customer expectations. When you complete the program,<br />
become a customer service professional who can navigate difficult customer situations; deal with<br />
customer objections; use a model for effective complaint resolutions; and implement assertive<br />
techniques and positive language to handle challenging situations. Your well-rounded preparation<br />
