only three-year advanced diploma of its type in Ontario, this program combines in-depth holistic<br />
academic study with hands-on experiential learning, culminating in a 14-week work-integrated<br />
learning experience. You gain technical skills, industry-specific knowledge, business acumen, and the<br />
ability to go further faster with leadership capabilities. Smart Serve, Safe Food Handlers, TICO Travel<br />
Counsellor, CPR, and It’s Your Shift (a training and awareness program to prevent sexual harassment<br />

To effectively operate and to keep guests coming back, the management teams of hotels include<br />
managers for areas such as front desk, housekeeping operations, and human resources planning.<br />
This program features relevant courses and practical application serving guests in the College’s<br />
café, restaurant, event space, and four boutique-style guest rooms, or participating in immersive<br />
online experiences. This approach equips you for multiple career entry points. You also benefit from a<br />
14-week integrated learning experience, which rounds out your training — preparing you to go further<br />
