Sharon N. Williams, founded the collaborative theatre and film organization The Mahogany Project.<br />

Sharon held the position of Production Manager at Langston Hughes Perform<strong>in</strong>g Arts Center for four<br />

years. Over the past several years she has served <strong>in</strong> the capacity as stage manager, research assistant,<br />

teach<strong>in</strong>g artist, production assistant, and producer for several perform<strong>in</strong>g arts organizations <strong>in</strong> the<br />

Seattle Area. She is a co-producer for the short film, What About Us? (Hollywood Black Film Festival<br />

and Bronze Lens Film Festival). Sharon, received a Masters of Bus<strong>in</strong>ess Adm<strong>in</strong>istration Degree from<br />

Delaware State University, and a Masters of F<strong>in</strong>e Arts <strong>in</strong> Arts Leadership at Seattle University. Sharon<br />

is excited to be the new Manag<strong>in</strong>g Director for the Central District Forum for Arts and Ideas.<br />
