Harold Steward is an arts adm<strong>in</strong>istrator and theater practitioner with over twelve years of experience <strong>in</strong><br />

the field of arts and education. Mr. Steward currently serves as a perform<strong>in</strong>g arts coord<strong>in</strong>ator for the<br />

City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs' South Dallas Cultural Center. Mr. Steward is the artistic<br />

director of The Centers' Soul Children's Theatre, a theatre program that pledges to provide high-quality<br />

family theatre and <strong>in</strong>novative educational programs aim<strong>in</strong>g to create a soulful understand<strong>in</strong>g of,<br />

appreciation for and re-connection to the African Diaspora. Harold is also the founder and artistic<br />

director of Fahari Arts Institute, a multidiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary arts and letters <strong>in</strong>stitute <strong>in</strong> Dallas, TX that was<br />

created to showcase the works of queer artists from the African Diaspora.<br />

Lyena Strelkoff loves kale chips, funky female power-pop, and the way her 2-year-old puts his hands<br />

above his head, tilts his face <strong>in</strong>to the breeze and says, "Wi<strong>in</strong>-dy!" This year, Lyena was a featured<br />

storyteller on KCRW's Strangers, as well as at the performance salons, Spark Off Rose, Tasty Words,<br />

and The Trunk Show. She was also a contribut<strong>in</strong>g essayist to the anthology, Danc<strong>in</strong>g at the Shame<br />

Prom (Seal Press, <strong>2012</strong>). A selected performer for the VSA Arts International Festival, an affiliate of
