Word Festival and Life is Liv<strong>in</strong>g. She produces and tours the repertory works of The Liv<strong>in</strong>g Word<br />

Lillian Osei-Boateng serves as the program associate for the arts at the Doris Duke Charitable<br />

Foundation <strong>in</strong> New York, NY. In that capacity, she assists with the supervision of a $13 million grants<br />

program focused on organizations and artists <strong>in</strong> the theatre, contemporary dance, jazz and present<strong>in</strong>g<br />

fields. She jo<strong>in</strong>ed the foundation <strong>in</strong> December of 2005. Prior to work<strong>in</strong>g at DDCF she was the program<br />

assistant at Fractured Atlas, an arts organization that provides services, resources, and support to<br />

<strong>in</strong>dependent artists and arts organizations to help them better focus on their creative responsibilities.<br />

She has also worked <strong>in</strong> advertis<strong>in</strong>g, writ<strong>in</strong>g and edit<strong>in</strong>g for dance and theatre magaz<strong>in</strong>es. She holds a<br />

B.F.A. from New York University. She is currently work<strong>in</strong>g on her M.P.A at Baruch College.<br />
