He received a masters degree in arts management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in theatre from St. Edward's University. Brad has worked in management and fundraising for SITI Company (NYC), Salvage Vanguard Theatre (Austin), and the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center (San Antonio). He is an alum of the Theatre Communications Group New Generations Fellowship, University of Texas LBJ School Strategic Management Program, and APAP Leadership Development Institute. Cece is also a visual artist that has produced and exhibited work in the Philippines, Fiji Islands, Cuba, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Italy, Norway and throughout the United States. She has previously been awarded the New York Foundation of the Art Immigrant Artist Fellowship, a teaching residency at Cafe R.E.D & La Botica Espacio Cultural at Xela, Guatemala, and is awarded an artist residency at KulArts in San Francisco. She guest lectured at New School in New York, California College of the Arts in Oakland, and has been commissioned to do work for UC Berkeley and Oakland Museum of California. As a teaching artist, he has taught throughout the Bay area in both English and Spanish, from pre-school through college. As a French horn player he performs regularly in regional orchestras and spends much of his time performing chamber music with his ensemble, Quinteto Latino, a wind quintet that advocates for classical music by Latin American and Latino composers through performance and education Through his family's foundation, the Castellano Family Foundation, he has worked with Latino organizations throughout the Bay Area dealing with issues around education, family and the arts. She is founder of the League of Chicago Theaters Access Committee and chairs the Council for Bodies of Work, a festival of disability arts & culture.
