Suzanne Sbarge is an arts organizer, gallery director, curator, graphic designer, fundraiser and<br />

market<strong>in</strong>g specialist. She is the Founder and Executive Director of 516 ARTS (www.516arts.org), an<br />

<strong>in</strong>dependent, nonprofit arts and education organization operat<strong>in</strong>g a museum-style gallery <strong>in</strong> downtown<br />

Albuquerque. She has directed numerous collaborative arts projects <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g the current ISEA<strong>2012</strong><br />

Albuquerque: Mach<strong>in</strong>e Wilderness (www.isea<strong>2012</strong>.org). She presents contemporary art and<br />

<strong>in</strong>terdiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary projects <strong>in</strong> an educational context, with an emphasis on collaboration among artists<br />

and organizations. She holds a B.A. <strong>in</strong> Art History and Studio Arts from Barnard College and an M.A.<br />

<strong>in</strong> Art Education from the University of New Mexico.<br />

Dewey Schott, CPCC, PCC is passionate about help<strong>in</strong>g leaders soar to new heights. He considers<br />

himself part punk, part mystic, and part organizational development nerd. He has over eighteen years<br />

of experience work<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the social and cultural sectors specializ<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> capacity build<strong>in</strong>g and leadership<br />

development. Through both his coach<strong>in</strong>g practice and his role as senior manager of leadership services<br />

for NAMAC, a national arts service organization, he helps people hone their leadership capabilities,<br />

achieve their creative goals, develop healthy life/work practices, and create more effective<br />

organizations. He is particularly <strong>in</strong>terested <strong>in</strong> support<strong>in</strong>g LGBTQ leaders. Dewey lives <strong>in</strong> Oakland, CA<br />

with his partner Alan and his 10-year-old daughter.<br />
