Katie is office manager of Pangea World Theater and has been with the company s<strong>in</strong>ce 2000. As a<br />

perform<strong>in</strong>g ensemble member of Pangea World Theater, she has acted <strong>in</strong> numerous productions, most<br />

recently creat<strong>in</strong>g a solo show "Solo Flight" for the Alternate Visions Series. Her solo performance<br />

"Mirror, Mirror" was commissioned <strong>in</strong> 2006 by the Naked Stages program at Intermedia Arts, funded<br />

by the Jerome Foundation. She graduated from the University of M<strong>in</strong>nesota with a B.A. <strong>in</strong> theatre arts<br />

and m<strong>in</strong>or <strong>in</strong> mathematics, and also tra<strong>in</strong>ed with the Fl<strong>in</strong>ders Drama Centre <strong>in</strong> Adelaide, Australia and<br />

DAH Teatar <strong>in</strong> Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro. Katie is on the executive committee of the<br />

M<strong>in</strong>nesota Association for Experiential Learn<strong>in</strong>g (MAFEL) as membership coord<strong>in</strong>ator.<br />

Conceived <strong>in</strong> 2007, founder Rennie Harris orig<strong>in</strong>ally founded Rennie Harris Awe-<strong>in</strong>spir<strong>in</strong>g Works as a<br />

youth organization driven by community outreach, education i.e. lectures and classes, as well as<br />

mentorship. Harris' <strong>in</strong>spiration for this youth driven company was <strong>in</strong>spired by the overwhelm<strong>in</strong>g<br />

<strong>in</strong>terest from teens and young adults to jo<strong>in</strong> his <strong>in</strong>ternationally renowned company Rennie Harris<br />

Puremovement. Ultimately RHAW is a perfessional company that will teach its pre-professional<br />

dancers: professionalism, production, Street Dance History, technique <strong>in</strong> the various styles of street<br />

dance, such as but not limited to, Campbell Lock<strong>in</strong>g, Popp<strong>in</strong>g & Boogaloo, B-boy/girl, House and Hip<br />

hop dance. RHAW will usher <strong>in</strong> Rennie Harris' newest and brightest street dancers.<br />
