Meena Natarajan is a playwright and director and the executive and literary director of Pangea World<br />

Theater, a progressive, <strong>in</strong>ternational ensemble space for arts and dialogue. She has led the theater's<br />

growth s<strong>in</strong>ce its found<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> 1995. She serves on the boards of NPN and the Consortium of Asian<br />

American Theater and Artists. She was on the advisory council of the Community Arts Network and is<br />

past president of Women Playwrights International. She has written several full-length works for<br />

Pangea, rang<strong>in</strong>g from adaptations of poetry and mythology to orig<strong>in</strong>al works deal<strong>in</strong>g with war,<br />

spirituality, personal and collective memory.<br />
