George Lugg, associate director of the Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater (REDCAT), has been<br />

work<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the field of contemporary performance s<strong>in</strong>ce 1991. At REDCAT he oversees the<br />

implementation of a diverse array of multidiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary programm<strong>in</strong>g, serves on the curatorial team for<br />

dance and theater, coord<strong>in</strong>ates an ongo<strong>in</strong>g series for new works and works-<strong>in</strong>-progress, and produces<br />

the annual New Orig<strong>in</strong>al Works Festival. In addition to his work at REDCAT, he is currently lead<br />

program consultant <strong>in</strong> the perform<strong>in</strong>g arts for the Creative Capital Foundation (2011-<strong>2012</strong>), and a Hub<br />

Site Representative for the <strong>National</strong> Dance Project (<strong>2012</strong>-14). He has served as a member of the U.S.<br />

curatorial team for the <strong>National</strong> <strong>Performance</strong> <strong>Network's</strong> Perform<strong>in</strong>g Americas Program and numerous<br />

juries and panels.<br />

Susie Lundy is the director: grants & foundations at Youth Speaks. Susie is experienced <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>stitutional<br />

development br<strong>in</strong>g<strong>in</strong>g a creative vision and a depth of experience with community-based culture. She<br />

has worked <strong>in</strong> community arts programs and taught <strong>in</strong> school and university classrooms <strong>in</strong> the Bay<br />

Area for the past fourteen years. Susie has worked with the Museum of Children's Art, Eastside Arts<br />

Alliance, Oakland Leaf, La Peña Cultural Center, and Youth Speaks, Inc. Her experience <strong>in</strong>cludes:<br />

grant writ<strong>in</strong>g and adm<strong>in</strong>istration; program development and coord<strong>in</strong>ation; budget oversight; teach<strong>in</strong>g<br />

and curriculum development; faculty professional development; and long term strategic plann<strong>in</strong>g. She<br />

has taught at the University of San Francisco and The New College <strong>in</strong> their arts education programs.<br />
