Andrew Horwitz is the founder of Culturebot.org, the lead<strong>in</strong>g website devoted to contemporary<br />

perform<strong>in</strong>g arts, culture and ideas. Culturebot provides a platform for conversation, foster<strong>in</strong>g new<br />

voices <strong>in</strong> critical writ<strong>in</strong>g and support<strong>in</strong>g thoughtful <strong>in</strong>vestigation of art and artists work<strong>in</strong>g across<br />

discipl<strong>in</strong>es. Launched <strong>in</strong> December 2003 from <strong>Performance</strong> Space 122, it has cont<strong>in</strong>ued <strong>in</strong>dependently<br />

s<strong>in</strong>ce 2007. Andrew is currently the curator of The River To River Festival <strong>in</strong> NYC. He worked at<br />

PS122 from 200-2007 and from 2007-2009 curated the PRELUDE Festival at the Mart<strong>in</strong> E. Segal<br />

Theater Center at the Graduate Center at CUNY. Andrew frequently serves as a panelist for arts<br />

organizations and funders. He also works with artists and organizations on strategic plann<strong>in</strong>g and<br />

project development.<br />

Heidi S Howard is 7 Stages' ed director and prod manager, soon to be artistic director. Her favorites<br />

<strong>in</strong>clude Dracula, The Rock Opera, Klassvack's Dreamatorium, If the Art Fits YC 07, Maria Kizito, and<br />

HAIR. She has toured the USA, Serbia and Ch<strong>in</strong>a. She studied direct<strong>in</strong>g with the L<strong>in</strong>coln Center<br />

Director's Lab and DAH Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> Serbia. She received the TCG Observership and Future<br />

Collaborations grants to travel to The Netherlands, and the International Travel Grant to cont<strong>in</strong>ue work<br />

with DAH. Serv<strong>in</strong>g as the NPN rep and work<strong>in</strong>g alongside AD Del Hamilton, she develops residencies<br />

with world-renowned, nationally acclaimed, and local artists. "Theatre is a collaborative sport, by<br />

reach<strong>in</strong>g across the table to create, we rem<strong>in</strong>d ourselves the peace is possible regardless of our<br />

differences."
