3.22.3 Recorder Messages (only units equipped with recorder)

3.22.4 CO 2 Messages (only units equipped with CO 2)

CO 2 : Filterline

Requested
The filterline is not connected to the
monitor.
The CO 2 sensor has not reached its
operating temperature. (The monitor
was just turned on)
The CO 2 sensor is performing an
auto-zero.
An Auto-Zero was automatically
requested by the system.
Replace with a new roll of paper.
Wait until the printer is not busy.
Power cycle unit. If message
reappears, call Mindray DS
Service.
Connect the filterline.
Wait for the message to go away. It
takes typically 30 seconds for the
sensor to warm up.
Wait for the auto-zero to complete.
Wait for the auto-zero to complete.
CO 2 : Failure CO 2 system failure. Contact Mindray DS Technical
Support.
CO 2 : Occlusion The CO 2 hardware is indicating the
sampling pump line is blocked while
the CO 2 sidestream pump is on.
CO 2: Purge The system has detected a blocked
filterline and attempts to unblock it by
temporarily increasing the flow rate.
Check sampling line and filter for
blockage, clear sampling line if
possible. Replace sampling line if
necessary.
Disconnect and reconnect the filterline
from the Passport 2 in order to
clear this message.
Check filterline and replace if
necessary.
3.22.5 Passport 2 / Gas Module Messages (only observed when Gas
Module is installed)
MESSAGE REASON ACTION
GM: Warming Up Appears when the system has been
turned on, and the sensors have not
reached their stable operating
temperature.
GM: Agent
Warming Up
Does not apply to
Gas Module 3.
This message appears after the GMII:
Warming Up message disappears. It
indicates that the Agent ID Bench is
warming up and readings will not be
available.
Wait for the message to go
away. It takes up to two minutes
for the device to warm up.
Wait for the message to go
away. It takes ups to five
minutes from power-up for the
Agent ID Bench to warm up.
