Parameters examined in bone marrow/tibia: cellularity,<br />

number of colony–forming unit granulopoietic stem cells<br />

(CFU–C) and micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes<br />

(MN–PCE).<br />

Result: NMRI mice at continuous showed reduction in bone marrow<br />

cellularity, number of colony–forming unit granulopoietic<br />

stem cells (CFU–C) and an increase in the frequency of<br />

micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (MN–PCE). No<br />

effects were seen at 1 and 10 pp<br />
