AbstrAct: The Feminal magazine was published as a supplem<strong>en</strong>t of the<br />

newspaper La Ilustració Cata<strong>la</strong>na from April 1907 to December 1917. The<br />

mainstream of this publication lies in being the first, in Barcelona, which<br />

addresses issues of relevance to the history of Spanish feminism as the<br />

c<strong>la</strong>iming for the voting rights. The magazine as the whole shows, explicitly,<br />

the interest of Karr to increase wom<strong>en</strong>’s culture, in fact musical repertoire<br />

is no stranger to this goal: it can be se<strong>en</strong> several int<strong>en</strong>tions of Carm<strong>en</strong><br />

Karr such as the promotion of female authorship, creating a link betwe<strong>en</strong><br />

female authors and female interpreters and the trans<strong>la</strong>tion in music of a<br />

particu<strong>la</strong>r cultural thought. The musical repertoire of the magazine creates<br />

a re<strong>la</strong>tionship shared by the members of the performance, building a particu<strong>la</strong>r<br />

female social id<strong>en</strong>tity.<br />

deconstruction of fem<strong>en</strong>ine id<strong>en</strong>tity And the sexuAL expLoitAtion of<br />

jewish wom<strong>en</strong> in the conc<strong>en</strong>trAtion And exterminAtion cAmps<br />

AbstrAct: The article provides an overview of the sexual viol<strong>en</strong>ce against<br />

wom<strong>en</strong> in the conc<strong>en</strong>tration and extermination camps through the testimony<br />

offered by the survivors. Wom<strong>en</strong> suffer a specific kind of viol<strong>en</strong>ce with a<br />

double meaning: political and symbolic. For this reason, the sexual viol<strong>en</strong>ce<br />

must be analyzed as a category of analysis that incorporates a g<strong>en</strong>der<br />

perspective. The article is divided into two distinct and interdep<strong>en</strong>d<strong>en</strong>t parts.<br />

First, it analyzes the nationalist discourse about the Nazi mo<strong>del</strong> of femininity<br />

based on the concepts of motherhood and racial purity. Secondly, it studies<br />

the adaptation of this mo<strong>del</strong> of normative femininity to the eug<strong>en</strong>ic and<br />
