a studio for 250 spectators. The competition in which 44 designs participated
was closed in August 1986. The three exhibited works achieved the
highest appraisal.

Rozpracovaný projekt vítězného návrhu z celostátní veřejné anonymní
urbanisticko-architektonické soutěže na novostavbu divadla s operním
sálem s kapacitou 650 diváků a s činoherním studiem pro 250 diváků.
Objekt se nachází na rozhraní historického a moderního centra Banské
Bystrice.

et ďarchitecture au nouveau bátiment ďun théátre avec une salle
avec la capacité de 650 places et avec un studio pour 250 spectateurs.
Le bátiment se trouvé aux confins du centre historique et modeme de
Banská Bystrica.
The started project is the best result of a national anonyme urban and
architectonic competition for a new theatre building with an opera
auditorium seating 650 spectators and with a drama studio for 250
spectators. The building is placed at the bounds between the historie
and modern town centre of Banská Bystrica.
