During the 1980—81 season he was the chief stage designér at the theatre
in Maribor (Yugoslavia). In 1972 at the Triennial of Stage and Costume
Design in Novi Sad he received a Bronze Medal and participated in the
Gold and Silver Medals awarded to the Czěchoslovak exposition as
a whole. He also participated in the PQ in 1971, 1979 and in 1983.

Narozen 1927 v Praze. Pracuje jako jevištní výtvarník Národního divadla
v Praze. 1969 získal zlatou medaili nejlepšího zahraničního scénografa
na Biennale výtvarných umění v Sao Paulu. Vystavoval na PQ 1967
(zlatá medaile za scénografii), 1971, 1975, 1979 a 1983.
Né en 1927 a Prague. II travaille comme scénographe au Théátre National
á Prague. On lui a décerne en 1969 la Médaille ďOr (meilleur
scénographe de 1'étranger) á la Biennale des Arts Plastiques á Sao
Paulo. II a exposé á la PQ 1967 (Médaille ďOr pour la scénographie),
1971, 1975, 1979 et 1983.
