général des bátiments dépendant de la juridiction du Ministěre de la
culture, procurer des services de consultation, de gestion et ďexpertises
concernant les parties technologiques des constructions et assurer Pactivité
ďinvestissement et ďengineering au cours des préparatifs et de la
réalisation des édifices culturels.

The purpose of this organization is to carry out the function of generál
project designér of buildings which are under the jurisdiction of the
Ministry of Culture, to provide consultative, expert and allocation centre
services concerning specialized technological components of buildings,
and to organize and to be responsible for investment engineering activities
in the course of preparing and constructing cultural buildings.
