This task requires workers to use coffee machines between waist to chest height, requiring cylindrical gripping<br />
to hook coffee tool onto machine, and reach at head height for coffee cup (photograph 13). Internal/external<br />
rotation of the shoulder is required when hooking coffee tool onto the machine. Worker then maintains static reach<br />
within range to complete the coffee. Worker then carries the saucer to the table. Depending on the work site, this<br />
task may be completed by drink service staff.<br />
OTHER – DRINK SERVICE<br />
Depending on the size of the venue, drinks may be served by waiting staff from the bar to the table area. Workers<br />
will either use a tray to transport the drinks to the table area or, for smaller orders, may carry up to three glasses<br />
at one time.<br />
