bilateral grasping for placement of various dessert<br />

utensils and later placing of the lids is desirable.<br />

Involves reaching once at 180º circle for various items placed on the trolleys and in the front of the operators<br />

requiring forward flexion at the lumbo-sacral region and bilateral grasping of spoons to serve onto the plate<br />

placed on the tray on the conveyor belt. A frequency of approximately 20-30 seconds of physical motions<br />

is desirable over a course of 90 minutes during the day.<br />
