TASK ANALYSIS<br />

Administrative tasks are conducted for up to one hour each morning. This involves data entry, using a standard<br />

VDU computer workstation as depicted in photograph two for typing up newsletters etc. Worker may also be<br />

required to access folders located above shoulder height requiring overhead reaching, less frequently used items<br />

should be located at this level. This may also require the worker to access information on other computers to check<br />

data in bar and other areas.<br />

2 – SETTING UP (photograph 4)<br />

The manager may assist with the set up of areas for<br />

functions eg, weddings. Moving the furniture will<br />

require lifting approximately 3-5kg for chairs and<br />

approximately 10kg for tables and push/pull forces of<br />

approximately 2.5kg depending on the size of the<br />

tables that have to be moved. This may be conducted<br />

for 30-60 minute periods.<br />
