forward flexion or twisting whilst placing it onto the
trays. Correct work practices would ensure avoiding
overreaching by waiting for the tray to get closer to
the operator.

This is done by the operator at the end line of the service
area who places the lids to cover the food and the drinks
glasses onto the trays. This activity is later completed by
placing the trays onto the trolleys. Note the lids placed
on the trolleys located between head to waist height
having to reach sideways on the left-hand side.
