TASK ANALYSIS<br />
1 – STOCKING FRIDGE (photographs 1-4)<br />
Involves lifting/handling crates and boxes weighing<br />
between approximately 12-16kg to be transferred<br />
between waist height to mid-shin height as depicted<br />
in the photographs. This is an infrequent activity<br />
usually lasting for up to half an hour at any one time.<br />
Note photographs two, three and four depicting<br />
reaching between head to floor height, at times using<br />
the step stool as depicted in the photographs. Note<br />
reaching is generally within the body range. Reaching<br />
slightly forward, thereby occasional forward flexion<br />
at the lumbo-sacral region may also be desirable.<br />
These activities are regularly rotated with other chores.<br />
