1 – COFFEE SERVICE (photographs 1-2)<br />

WAITING STAFF (Small venues)<br />
Requires workers to use coffee machines between waist to chest height, requiring cylindrical grasping to hook coffee<br />
tool onto machine, and reach at head height for coffee cup (photograph one). Worker then maintains static reach<br />
within range, to complete coffee. Cylindrical grasping is required to grasp handle of the coffee machine. Worker also<br />
retrieves cakes/rolls etc., from glass cabinets between shin and shoulder height requiring forward reaching.<br />
2 – GRILLING (photograph 3)<br />
This task requires worker to access griller for toasting<br />
items. Grillers are at waist or overhead height (photograph<br />
three), requiring reach out of range. It is recommended<br />
that when space is available grillers are located at bench<br />
height to reduce reaching requirements.<br />
