TASK ANALYSIS<br />
1 – FOOD ORDERS (photographs 1-2)<br />
This task requires worker to take food orders from patrons in room, conducted via forward stooping to<br />
reach bench, to take down orders and cylindrical grasping of foam (photograph one). Worker then utilises<br />
cash register, with angle adjustable monitor, allowing neutral neck postures or forward neck flexion to view<br />
cash tray (photograph two).<br />
2 – STOCK MINI BAR (photographs 3-5)<br />
Worker restocks mini bar, requiring 7kg of push/pull<br />
force of mini bar, requiring pronated forearm, with<br />
reach within range (photograph three). Worker pushes<br />
trolley up to 100 metres, accessing elevators etc.,<br />
to reach rooms.<br />
