On recognition of a failure 20 minutes or less after takeoff and in IFR weather
condition proceed as follows:
1. Upon reaching last assigned altitude proceed on course:
2. Do not climb above last assigned altitude for 5 minutes after recognition of failure, then;
3. Climb to flight planned altitude.
If communications failure occurs more than 20 minutes after take-off, comply
with the appropriate procedure for communication failure enroute.
