These procedures apply to ground movements of aircraft departing under low visibility conditions.<br />

Departures below RVR 600 are not authorized. When weather conditions indicate visibility below<br />

RVR 1200 is imminent, procedures will be implemented restricting aircraft and vehicle operations on<br />

the movement area. The following message will be added to the ATIS broadcast.<br />

"LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES IN EFFECT"<br />

GENERAL<br />

Low Visibility Taxi Routes:<br />

Taxi routes during low visibility operations are exclusive to the following routes:<br />

Route 1 - Taxiway C<br />

Route 2 - Taxiway B, rwy 06, taxiway C.<br />

Taxiway surfaces are painted with enhanced yellow and black centreline markings. Aircraft restricted<br />

to one movement in or out at any one time during low visibility operations. Alternate routing may be<br />

specified by ATC as required.<br />

ATC may find it necessary to suspend, restrict, or terminate low visibility operations.<br />

DEPARTURES<br />

When low visibility procedures are in effect all departures shall be from the displaced threshold of<br />

Runway 12. Intersection take-offs are not authorized.<br />

Taxi route will be specified by ATC.<br />
