GENERAL<br />

NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES<br />

Pursuant to CAR 602.105, the following procedures apply at Hamilton Airport.<br />

DEPARTURE<br />

RWY<br />

ALL RWYS<br />

VNAP<br />

A or B<br />

Departures not permitted on Rwy 06, between 2300 hours and 0700 hours local time<br />

unless authorized by Airport General Manager.<br />

Runway 12:<br />

Climb on track of 117° till "ZHM" NDB and 3000’ ASL.<br />

Runway 30:<br />

Rwys 06, 24:<br />

ARRIVAL<br />

Arrivals not permitted on, and approaches not permitted to, Rwy 24 between 2300 hours<br />

and 0700 hours local time unless authorized by the Airport General Manager.<br />

VISUAL ARRIVALS:<br />

PREFERENTIAL RUNWAYS<br />

Between 2300 hours and 0700 hours local time, consistent with safety of operations,<br />

ATC will assign runways in the following order of priority.<br />

REVERSE THRUST<br />

TRAINING FLIGHTS<br />

Training flights not permitted between 2300 hours and 0700 hours local time unless<br />

authorized by the Airport General Manager.<br />

INQUIRIES<br />

Contact the Airport General Manager at (905) 679-4151 between 0900 hours and<br />

1700 hours local time.<br />

EFF 16 FEB 06 CHANGE: Rwy 12 track<br />

N O T F O R<br />

NAVIGATION<br />

Climb on rwy hdg to 1300’ ASL. Turn left hdg 260° till abeam "ZHA" NDB.<br />

No right turn below 4000’ ASL.<br />

Climb on runway heading to 3000’ ASL before proceeding on course.<br />

1. Aircraft 26,000 kg and over (max cert gross take-off weight) maintain<br />

3000’ ASL or above north of Rwy 12-30 except on final.<br />

2. Remain on or above ILS glide slope or assumed 3° glide path.<br />

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES<br />

1. 12<br />

2. 30<br />

3. 24<br />

4. 06<br />

Consistent with safety of operations, pilots should minimize reverse thrust when<br />

using Rwys 12 and 30<br />
