Owner Service Policy<br />

QELIVERY: The Dealer will see that the car is properly<br />

prepared before delivery to the owner, in accordance with<br />

Standard Factory instructions.<br />

PARTS AND LABOR: For ninety days after delivery, provided<br />

the car has not been driven to exceed 4,000 miles, parts (including<br />

all original equipment except tires) which have proved<br />

defective in either material or workmanship will be replaced<br />

or repaired by any <strong>Cadillac</strong>-LaSalle dealer in the United States<br />

or Canada without any charge to the owner for the material<br />

or labor.<br />

ADJUSTMENTS: For the first ninety days after delivery, provided<br />

the car has not been driven to exceed 4,000 miles, the<br />

owner will receive three inspections and adjustments; the<br />

first between 500 and 1,000 miles, second between 1,000 and<br />

2,000 miles, and the third between 2,000 and 4,000 miles.<br />

These to be given without charge to the owner, provided the<br />

work is not made necessary by misuse, negligence or accidents.<br />

INSPECTIONS: Throughout the life of the car the owner is<br />

entitled to have his car tested and inspected without charge<br />

every 30 days or 1,000 miles by any authorized <strong>Cadillac</strong>-<br />

LaSalle Service Station, provided such inspection or testing<br />

requires no dismantling of parts.<br />

SERVICE IDENTIFICATION CARD: At the time of delivery<br />

the owner will be provided with a service Identification Card<br />

which will introduce him to any Authorized <strong>Cadillac</strong>-LaSalle<br />

Station and entitle him to receive service in accordance with<br />

this policy. This card should be carried by the owner at<br />

all times.<br />

TOURIST PRIVILEGES: When touring, the owner is entitled,<br />

upon presentation of his identification card, to all of the benefits<br />

of this policy at any Authorized <strong>Cadillac</strong>-LaSalle Service<br />

Station in the United States or Canada.<br />

CHANGE OF RESIDENCE: In case the owner changes his<br />

residence from one location to another before the warranty<br />

period has expired, the Authorized <strong>Cadillac</strong>-LaSalle Service<br />

Station serving the locality into which the owner moves will,<br />

upon presentation of the Identification Card, render any nocharge<br />

service to which the owner may be entitled as outlined<br />

in paragraphs two and three.<br />

REGULAR MAINTENANCE PARTS AND SERVICE<br />

CHARGES: For the benefit of the owner, the <strong>Cadillac</strong> Motor<br />

Car Division of the General Motors Sales Corporation has<br />

provided established parts and labor prices on regular maintenance<br />

work. Genuine <strong>Cadillac</strong>-LaSalle parts are sold only<br />

through Authorized <strong>Cadillac</strong>-LaSalle Service Stations, and can<br />

be secured at the published list price anywhere in the United<br />

States or Canada, and there are no additional charges for<br />

freight, express, handling, or additions of a similar nature.<br />
