0.6-1.5 m/min, the outside equivalent diameter of casing is between 0.4-2.0 m, and the pile length is between
6-40 m.

FULL-SCALE MODEL TEST
Model Trench
Large-scale pile test model trench situated at Hohai University, China (shown in Figure 2). It is steel reinforced
concrete structure. Model slot size is 4 m wide, 5 m long and 7 m high. With reaction frame and the above
canopy height, total height is 12.3 m.
Model Piles

There are three test model piles, including an XCC pile, a circular pile (numbered C 1 ) in the same cross-section
area and a circular pile (numbered C 2 ) in the same perimeter. The specific parameters of test piles are shown in
Table 2. Each test model pile concrete strength grade is C25 and its length is 5 m.
