4.1 PlasmaArcFlow T M Reactors <strong>for</strong> Recycling Liquid<br />
Waste into <strong>the</strong> Clean Burning Cost Competitive<br />
Magnegas Fuel<br />
In this section we summarize <strong>the</strong> results of corporate research following <strong>the</strong><br />
investment of several millions of dollars <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> conception and industrial development<br />
by <strong>the</strong> author of <strong>the</strong> first <strong>new</strong> gaseous <strong>fuels</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>magnecular</strong> <strong>structure</strong>,<br />
today known as Santilli Magnegases T M (patented and international patents pending<br />
[5]), verifying <strong>the</strong> following main conditions:<br />
1) Achievement of full combustion <strong>with</strong>out any toxic content in <strong>the</strong> exhaust,<br />
thanks to its <strong>magnecular</strong> <strong>structure</strong> (Section 1.1);<br />
2) Achievement of exhaust rich in breathable oxygen originating from liquids<br />
(ra<strong>the</strong>r than from our atmosphere) so as to replenish <strong>the</strong> oxygen depleted by<br />
fossil fuel combustion and converted into excess CO 2 ;<br />
3) Have a <strong>the</strong>rmodynamical equivalence <strong>with</strong> natural gas so that all equipment<br />
running on natural gas (cars, electric generators, furnaces, etc.) can also run on<br />
magnegas <strong>with</strong>out structural modifications;<br />
4) Be lighter than air and have a natural scent so that in case of leaks <strong>the</strong> gas<br />
can be easily detected and rises <strong>for</strong> safety;<br />
5) Be syn<strong>the</strong>sized via <strong>the</strong> recycling of liquid waste (such as automotive liquid<br />
wastes, city, farm or ship sewage, etc.), so as to decrease <strong>the</strong> environmental<br />
problems caused by <strong>the</strong> latter;<br />
6) Be cost competitive <strong>with</strong> respect to fossil <strong>fuels</strong> thanks to a highly efficient<br />
and non-contaminant production process;
