Why is this important<br />

An integrated product team <strong>and</strong> its individual members need the appropriate<br />

infrastructure <strong>and</strong> tools to operate efficiently <strong>and</strong> effectively. An infrastructure<br />

such as that provided by <strong>using</strong> the OEI PA includes an organizational<br />

set of st<strong>and</strong>ard <strong>process</strong>es, organizational <strong>process</strong>es assets (including a library,<br />

database, <strong>and</strong> various tools), trained staff, <strong>and</strong> a workplace that provides<br />

resources to maximize productivity.<br />
