SIP as well as the

improvement

6) Assist with the
completion of the
SIP Template
3) Use the list of
resources to write
an effective SIP
5) Thoroughly
discuss answers to
the Guiding
Questions
4) Follow "Steps to
Take"
* A plan rated “acceptable” according to the Rubric must be implemented and its components periodically checked
through the use of the (DIG) for lasting and positive changes to occur.
