Ensures that the team accomplishes the<br />

following: gathers needed materials, sets<br />

timelines, assigns primary roles and<br />

responsibilities, creates an agenda and<br />

determines outcomes for each SIT meeting, and<br />

checks for completion <strong>of</strong> assigned tasks.<br />

Secures school staff commitment to implement<br />

the plan.<br />

Secures support for the plan from students,<br />

their families, and the community.<br />
