29-6.A.(5) No motor vehicles shall be parked, stored or displayed within fifty (50) feet ofthe front property line, twenty-five (25) feet of the side property line or twentyfive(25) feet of the rear property line. Parking, storage and/or display areasshall be suitably screened to the satisfaction of the Commission.(6) The Commission may require the use of permeable paving material forvehicle storage areas.q. Sexually Oriented Business subject to the following requirements: *(1) No building or premise shall be used and no building shall be erected oraltered, which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for a sexuallyoriented business if any part of such building or premise is situated within500 feet of an R-2A Single Family Residential zoning district or within 500feet of an R-1A Single Family Residential zoning district.(2) No building or premise shall be used and no building shall be erected oraltered, which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for a sexuallyoriented business if any part of such building or premise is situated within500 feet of any lot used for, or upon which is located, any building used for:a. Any public or private school,b. Any church or other religious facility or institution,c. Any public park,d. Any residential dwelling, ore. Any other sexually oriented business.r. Package Stores subject to the provisions of Section 29-10 and the followingrequirements: *(1) All sales and display of products shall be conducted within a fully enclosedbuilding.(2) A package store shall not be allowed within:a. 500 feet from the property line of any parcel comprising a public orprivate school building, orb. 500 feet from the property line of any parcel comprising a place ofworship.(3) Ancillary activities or services including, but not limited to, the storage and/orsale of ice and the storage of recycled containers, shall be conducted withinthe package store building.(4) Subparagraph 2 herein above, shall not be applied in a retroactive manner toany package store lawfully established in accordance with these regulationsand the laws of the State of Connecticut.107
