29-4.D.proposed facility where the Commission determines that such isnecessary to determine compliance with these Regulations:a. Sight line representation. A sight line representation shall bedrawn from any public road and/or building within 300 feetand if beyond the property on adjoining property wherepermission to enter an adjoining property is granted by theproperty owner, to the highest point (visible point) of theregulated facility. Each sight line shall be depicted in profile,drawn at one-inch equals 40 feet horizontal, and one-inch to10 feet vertical scale. The profiles shall show all interveningtrees and buildings.b. Existing (before condition) photos. Each sight line shall beillustrated by one four inch by six inch current color photo ofthe existing conditions seen from any public road within 300feet.c. Proposed (after condition) photos. Each of the existingcondition photos shall have the proposed regulated facilitysuperimposed on it to show what will be seen from publicroads if the proposed facility is built. The photos will alsoshow what will be seen during the Summer and Winter.d. Site Elevations or views at grade from the north, south, eastand west for a 50 foot radius around the proposed regulatedfacility plus from all existing public and private roads thatserve the subject property. Elevations shall be at either onequarterinch equals one foot or one-eighth inch equals onefootscale and show the following:1. Antennas, Mounts and Equipment Shelters with totalElevation dimensions and AGL of the highest point.2. Security barrier. If the security barrier will block viewsof the facility, the barrier drawing shall be cut away toshow the view behind the barrier.3. Any and all structures on the subject property.4. Existing significant trees of 12" or greater (dbh) atcurrent height and proposed trees and shrubs atproposed height at time of installation withapproximate Elevations dimensioned.42
