29-7.D.9. The Commission may grant a waiver to allow for the establishment of more than oneprincipal building on a lot when located in a design enterprise zone. In consideringsuch a waiver request, the Commission shall determine that reasonable provisionshave been provided to insure safe and proper internal traffic circulation, adequateseparation distance between buildings, sufficient landscaping and appropriate sitelighting. The Commission shall make a finding that the proposed uses are compatiblein nature and will not create undue congestion nor result in unsafe traffic conditions,either on or off the subject premises. This provision shall apply only to the number ofallowed buildings on any given lot and shall not be construed as a waiver of any otherregulation or requirement contained in the zoning regulations. *128
