29-4.D.c. Monopole Tower: The type of Mount that is self-supportingwith a single shaft of wood, steel, fiberglass concrete orother material, and panel Antennas arrayed at the top.d. Use Regulations:(1.) Permitted Uses. The following shall be permitted by right, subject to theissuance of a building permit and compliance with all other applicablezoning requirements:a. Repair of existing Towers and Antennas, provided no changes inlocation, design, height or appearance occur.b. Antennas with no Tower used solely for television and radioreception, including amateur radio reception, provided suchAntennas are 18 inches in diameter or less and no higher than 6feet in height.c. Satellite and Microwave Dish Antennas measuring 2 meters (6.56feet) or less in diameter when located in a non-residential zoningdistrict and situated on a screened rooftop and Satellite andMicrowave Dish Antennas of 1 meter (3.28 feet) or less in diameterregardless of location.(2.) Permitted Uses Requiring Site Plan Approval. The following shall bepermitted by right subject to site plan approval by the Commission.Compliance with all applicable conditions shall be met unless the applicantcan demonstrate that an adequate signal cannot otherwise be transmittedand/or received:a. Satellite and Microwave Dish Antennas which exceed the sizerequirements specified in Section 29-4.D.3.d.1.c. of theseregulations are subject to compliance with the following provisions:1. In residential zones ground mounted Satellite andMicrowave Dish Antennas shall be confined to the rear yardand shall not be visible from a public street.2. In residential zones a roof mounted Satellite and MicrowaveDish Antennas may be allowed if:32
