29-4.D.proposed regulated Facility, for thefollowing situations:a. Existing or ambient: themeasurements of existing RFR.b. Existing plus proposed facilities:maximum estimate of RFR from theproposed Regulated Facility plus theexisting RFR environment.c. Certification, signed by anRF engineer, stating that RFRmeasurements are accurate and meetFCC guidelines as specified in theRadio Frequency Radiation Standardssub-section of this regulation.d. Landscape and ScreeningRequirements: If the site is notalready adequately screened byvirtue of its location or naturaltopography as viewed from publicroads or existing residences, theCommission may require alandscape plan and in addition,for a new Tower, a fence with aminimum height of 6 feet shall beprovided. Existing vegetation onand around the site shall bepreserved to the greatest extentpossible. A planting plan shall beprovided to screen building(s),Equipment Shelters, fuel tanks,other man-made structures andas much of the Tower aspossible.471. The plan shall show anevergreen screen surroundingthe site. This shall be a row ofevergreen trees (planted 10 feeton center maximum). Evergreensshall have a minimum height of 6
