Location of all roads, including driveways to serve thefacility, public and private, on the property and all adjacentproperties within 300 feet, where permission to enter anadjoining property is granted by the property owner.g. Distances, at grade, from the proposed facility to eachbuilding within 300 feet, including those on adjoiningproperty, where permission to enter an adjoining property isgranted by the property owner, on a vicinity plan.h. Contours at two-foot intervals based upon AMSL (see"Elevation" in definitions section) for the subject propertyand adjacent property, where permission to enter anadjoining property is granted by the property owner, within300 feet.i.
