Demonstration that the service proposedcannot be provided with equipment added toan existing or other proposed Antennas orTower, and in particular, that RF signalcombining with other Licensed Carriers cannotachieve Adequate Coverage without addingadditional Antennas.g. Alternative locations explored and why notchosen.h. Submit a statement that the site does or doesnot require lighting per the FAA regulations. Ifthe lighting is required an explanation shall heprovided as to the type of lights to be used andwhat will be done to minimize the effects to thesurrounding area and migrating birds.i. A map of sufficient detail to indicate the areawhere the FCC RFR exposure standard arecalculated to be exceeded for the generalpublic. Sufficient detail power densitycalculations shall be provided by the applicantto support the map.2. Specific Requirements:a. The applicant shall provide writtendocumentation of all Facility Sites in Wiltonand any Facility Sites outside of Wilton that arewithin 3 miles of the proposed site, in which ithas a legal interest, whether by ownership,leasehold or otherwise. From each suchFacility Site, it shall demonstrate with writtendocumentation that these Facility Sites are notalready providing, or do not have the potentialby adjusting the Site, to provide AdequateCoverage and/or Adequate Capacity to theTown of Wilton.44
