29-11.Ah. The zoning of the subject property and all property within 500 feet of thesubject property.i. Location, width, and purpose of all existing and proposed easements andrights-of-way on the property and written approval of the easement holderwhen work is proposed in or affecting the easement.j. Proposed Buildings and Uses(1) Location, dimensions, area, height and setbacks of all existing andproposed buildings, signs, fences, and walls.(2) Location of all existing and proposed uses and facilities not requiring abuilding such as swimming pools, tennis courts, light standards, tanks,transformers and dumpsters.(3) Building elevation or preliminary drawings showing the general type ofbuilding proposed for construction.k. Parking, Loading and Circulation(1) Location, arrangement, and dimensions of automobile parking spaces,aisles, vehicular drives, fire lanes, entrances, exits, and ramps.(2) Location, arrangement, and dimensions of loading and unloadingareas.(3) Location and dimensions of pedestrian walkways, entrances and exits.l. Location, size, height, lighting, orientation and plans of all signs.m. Location, size, height, orientation and design of any outdoor lighting.n. Location and design of all existing and proposed sanitary sewer, water supplyfacilities, and refuse collection areas, as well as other underground andaboveground utilities. All public utilities shall be placed underground. Thisrequirement may be waived by the Commission if engineering datasubstantiates that such underground placement of utilities is impractical.o. A topographic map illustrating the existing and proposed conditions of theproperty including existing and proposed contours with intervals of two feet,two foot intervals may be waived at the discretion of the Commission andlocation of all existing wooded areas, watercourses, wetlands, flood hazardareas, rock outcrops, and other significant physical features.p.
