29-4.D.j. Other Requirements1. Commercial advertisingshall not be allowed on anAntenna or Tower.2. Signal lights shall not bepermitted unless required by theFCC or FAA and structuresrequiring lights shall not beallowed in residential zone. If theCommission deems additionallighting necessary, such lightingshall be installed and maintainedin accordance with all otherapplicable zoning requirements.3. All other uses not clearlynecessary to theoperation/maintenance of theAntenna or Tower andassociated equipment areprohibited, unless expresslyapproved as a condition of thepermit. Applications shalldescribe in detail all associatedequipment to be maintained orstored on the site.4. Only unmanned facilities,including buildings are permittedand not more than oneunmanned Equipment Shelterand/or storage building of amaximum of 400 square feet foreach Licensed Carrier may bepermitted on a site provided thetotal area of such buildingsand/or shelter contains no morethan 1600 square feet of grossfloor area and is not more than12 feet in height.54
