29-4.D.consultant and submitted to thePlanning and ZoningCommission, the Director ofPublic Works and BuildingInspector.4. Should the inspection ofany Tower reveal any structuraldefects that in the opinion of theindependent consultant rendersthe Tower unsafe, the followingaction shall be taken. Within 10business days of notification ofunsafe structure, the owner(s) ofthe Tower shall submit a plan toremediate the structuraldefect(s). This plan shall beinitiated within 10 days of thesubmission of the remediationplan, and completed as soon asreasonably possible. Failure toaccomplish this remediation ofstructural defect(s) within 10business days of initialnotification shall be a violation ofthe special permit and subject theowner(s) to penalties and finesas allowed under Federal, Stateand local laws and possibleremoval of structure.505. A contact person orcorporate department shall bedesignated in writing by theapplicant as the person tocontact regarding any mattersconcerning the proposed Facilityif and when constructed.Following construction, contactinformation shall be updatedannually, upon transfer or uponcompany merger or acquisition.The designation shall include at
