All applications and other submittals supplied in accordance withany Federal, State or local standards and/or guidelines shall be inaccordance with those in effect at the time of filing.h. All applications and other submittals provided shall have astatement from a Connecticut licensed engineer with documentedexperience in radio frequency engineering indicating that theproposed facility will not cause any interference to public safetyradio systems.i. Any Regulated Facility proposed on property owned, leased orcontrolled by the Town for public safety communications or otherpurpose shall only be permitted after approval by the Board ofSelectmen and the approval by the Commission.j. All Towers shall be protected against unauthorized climbing.k. All new Towers shall be designed to provide Co-Location ofadditional Antenna systems and be designed for other sharingmeans.l. The applicant shall submit documentation, in the form of a letterfrom the property owner of the Regulated Facility on which theAntenna is proposed to be located that the owner is the currentlegal owner, has reviewed the applicant's submittal and is aware ofits implications. This letter should also acknowledge the propertyowner's legal right to install an Antenna and use an existingstructure at the time of application for a Site Plan approval andSpecial Permit approval. The applicant must provide a letter of titleand proof of the owner’s and applicant’s legal interest in theproperty.m. Where an Antenna or Mount is proposed on an existing structure,the Fall Zone shall be shown on the site plan, shall be containedwithin the property lines and shall not pose a safety threat tosurrounding property.36
