The applicant as theowner of the Tower will beresponsible to ensure that allusers are within compliance andtake the necessary actions tomaintain compliance. The reportshall also indicate that the currentsigns and fencing are adequate orindicate changes that will bemade.2. The Commission mayrequire as a condition of theSpecial Permit that after facility isoperational, the applicant shallsubmit within 90 days ofbeginning operation and atannual intervals from the date ofissuance of the Special Permit,existing measurement of noisefrom the facility. Suchmeasurements shall be signedby an acoustical engineer, statingthat noise measurements areaccurate and meet the noisestandards of the Town of Wilton.Any major modification of anexisting facility, which includeschanges to tower dimensions orantenna numbers or type, shallrequire a new structuralinspection.493. Tower owner(s) shall payfor an independent consultant (alicensed professional structuralengineer), hired by the Town, toconduct inspections of theTower's structural integrity andsafety every ten years or whendirected by the Town. A report ofthe inspection results shall beprepared by the Independent
