Appendix B—Case HistoriesThe conduit is considered to be in a continued serviceable condition. Some new orincreased instances of spalling, cracking, and efflorescence are apparent. Severalinstances of efflorescence were no longer apparent. No material is being carriedwith the existing minor seeping flows observed.
